Two outstanding acts will be headlining the entertainment. Neal McCoy at 8 p.m. on Friday, September 17 and Chase Bryant on Saturday, September 18 also at 8 p.m.
McCoy has had 3 platinum albums and 1 gold album. He was named “Entertainer of the Year” for two years by TNN/Music City Country Awards. His “Music of your Life,”  recorded with Les Brown, Jr., was aired on PBS and was followed by his 2012 hit studio album XII.”

On Sunday afternoon, the Fair is presenting something new and exciting this year. Two regional bluegrass bands will play back to back at 1:30and 3:30.
At 1:30 The Code Blue Bluegrass Band will present the high energy sound and outstanding harmonies that festival goers all over the Tidewater area are familiar with.
Following, at 3:30, the fun loving Hard Knox Band will bring their vocal harmonies to the sound of traditional bluegrass and original compositions.

A man who wrestles an alligator – a cow who sings like Elvis – magnificent costumes on a towering tall woman – a cloud swing 30 feet up in the air.
These are a few of the exciting and entertaining performances you and your family will see at the 2016 Isle of Wight County Fair.
Kachunga and the Alligator come to us from the deep swamps of Florida. This standing-room-only, crowd pleasing act pits a man against an alligator for an educational, funny and safe demonstration of what thrills us about giant reptiles and man’s interaction with them.
Hansen’s Spectacular is actually 5 spectacular acts of daring do. High platform roller skating, followed by fast and furious juggling. Then back to the heights with high flying trampoline performers and a 30 foot-high cloud swing. As if all that weren’t enough, the Hansen’s show also includes one of the world’s youngest aerial performers.

Carrie McQueen is one of the most beautiful “high class” stilt walkers you will ever meet. She is “nothing short” of amazing with her magnificent costumes, juggling skills andgraceful dances. Make sure your kids get a chance to interact with Carrie McQueen as she strolls through the fair grounds.
And, last but not least, don’t miss the Friendly Farmer’s Barn Yard Review. This 2 person, farm oriented, variety show features a moooo-ving Elvis style tribute to bovines, Farmer Zac and his magic show, and lots of educational and important information about safety on the farm. What could be better for a county fair?

Custom Car Show
Gentlemen and ladies….rev up your engines and get ready for the Isle of Wight County FairCustom Car Show….and trucks and vans and motorcycles.
The show will be held Sunday, September 19 at the Joel C. Bradshaw Fairgrounds in Windsor, Virginia. It is presented by Daniels Performance Group and this year it will be bigger and better than ever.
